Delivery Information
We take great care to ensure your roses arrive in excellent condition. Please take a moment to read through our delivery details before placing your order.
Please note: The information below applies to retail customer orders only. Delivery timelines and arrangements for wholesale customers are managed separately and may differ.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to the following Australian states:
- South Australia (SA)
- Victoria (VIC)
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Western Australia (WA) or Tasmania (TAS) due to strict quarantine regulations for live plants.
Delivery Methods
Australia Post – Parcel Post (Standard)
Our standard delivery option for most orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take:
- Within SA: 2–4+ business days after dispatch
- Interstate: 3–6+ business days after dispatch
Australia Post – Express Post
A faster delivery option available to eligible postcodes. Please note that Express Post refers to the speed of delivery once dispatched and does not shorten the processing or packing time of your order.
- Within SA: 1-2+ business days after dispatch
- Interstate: 1-3+ business days after dispatch
Adelaide Metro Courier
A local delivery service for customers within the Adelaide metropolitan area. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Tracking is not provided for this service.
Click & Collect
Orders can be collected directly from our nursery once you receive your “Ready for Collection” email. Collection is available between 10 am – 3 pm Monday to Friday, or by prior arrangement.
Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order size, and delivery method.
- Australia Post (Standard or Express): Calculated automatically atcheckout.
- Adelaide Metro Courier: Flat rate of $12.00 per order.
- Click & Collect: Free of charge.
If your order contains large or multiple boxes, additional shipping fees may apply — we’ll contact you before dispatch if this occurs.
Seasonal Shipping Schedule
Our shipping schedule changes slightly throughout the year to ensure your roses are sent at the right time and in the best condition:
- Bare Root Roses (Winter):
Dispatched during July to September while plants are dormant.
- Potted Roses (Year-round):
Shipped all year, however dispatch is delayed during bare root season (July–September) while bare-root orders are prioritised.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed in batches and shipped in the order they are ready to be fulfilled.
If we have all the varieties for your order available in the shed, it will be prioritised for dispatch.
Orders awaiting certain varieties may take slightly longer while those plants are dug and prepared.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where applicable).
Special Delivery Requests
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. “leave at front door” or “safe drop under verandah”), please include these in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout.
We’ll do our best to ensure these are followed, although final handling is at the discretion of the delivery driver.

We use secure packaging methods to ensure your roses travel safely and arrive healthy.
If your order is delayed in transit, simply keep the plants well-watered upon arrival and they will recover quickly.
