Ordering & Availability
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our available varieties, add them to your cart, and proceed through checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.
Bare root roses are available for pre-order from December** to August, with dispatch typically beginning in winter (July–September).
Potted roses are available all year round, except during bare root season, when dispatch is paused while we focus on winter orders.
Bare Root Roses: Supplied dormant in winter without soil. Ideal for planting
in cooler months.
Potted Roses: Supplied actively growing in pots with soil. Available most of
the year (weather permitting).
Our website reflects live stock levels as closely as possible. If a variety sells out or becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship roses Australia-wide, excluding WA, NT, and TAS due to quarantine restrictions.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier.
We deliver orders using Australia Post for interstate shipping, our Adelaide Metro Courier for local deliveries, and also offer Click & Collect for customers who wish to pick up their orders directly from the nursery.
Once dispatched:
Adelaide Metro: 1-3 business days.
Australia Post: 2–5 business days (depending on your location).
You’ll receive an email from us once your order is dispatched, followed by tracking details from Australia Post or our courier service.
Yes! Select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout.
We’ll email you once your order is ready, collection is available Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm (other times by arrangement).
Plant Care & Quality
Each rose is carefully inspected, pruned, labelled, and packed by hand to ensure it arrives healthy and ready to plant.
