Terms & conditions

By placing an order with Penfield Garden Rose Nursery, you agree to the terms belokw.

1. General

These Terms apply to all retail sales by Penfield Garden Rose Nursery (“we/us”) to the customer (“you”).

We may update these Terms without notice; the version on our website at purchase time applies.

2. Product Availability

All items are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after confirmation, we’ll offer a substitute, store credit, or refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on method, destination, and order size.

If a pricing/description error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before processing.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at order placement unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted methods: Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

5. Ordering & Confirmation

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation by email after payment.

Please check product names, quantities, and delivery details carefully.

If incorrect details cause delay or return, any re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact [email protected] with your order number to request changes/cancellation before dispatch.

  • Cancellations incur a $10 administration fee.
  • Order changed may incur a $5 administration fee.
  • Some orders may not be able to be altered if stock is reserved or packing has begun.
  • Orders packed or dispatched cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 . Refunds & Store Credits

Refunds/credits are offered at our discretion and in line with our Refunds, Credits & Cancellations policy.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Live Plant Guarantee

Plants are inspected and hydrated prior to dispatch. Performance after planting depends on conditions beyond our control.

If plants arrive in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess and assist.

9. Delivery

We deliver to SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and do not ship to WA or TAS.

10. Risk & Ownership

Ownership passes to you once paid in full. Risk passes upon delivery to your address or when left at your nominated safe-drop location.

11. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays/loss due to incorrect or incomplete details.

If returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.

12. Wholesale Orders

These Terms apply to retail orders only. Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms and pricing.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to communicate about your purchase. We do not sell customer data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in South Australian courts.If returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.

BARE ROOT ROSE

Your bare rooted roses will be dispatched between May – July. Full payment secures your order. We will contact you prior to delivery of your rose order. Please ensure you prepare your soil in the planting position of your garden from April to be ready for your delivery of roses.
